Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Manager & Paid Campaign Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and experience in executing successful paid ad campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing day-to-day social media activities, and optimizing paid campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and enhance our online presence across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Content Creation & Management: create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform, and monitor interactions to ensure a positive online community.
- Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, promptly respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community through engaging content and interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms to continually improve the brand’s presence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and running paid campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing successful paid ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
